You will need to register on the site to place an order.

There are various benefits of creating an account on the Woo, some of the benefits are marketing information on promotions and products, special offers to registered customers.

You will also not need to input the address for the new orders unless there is an address change. You can also log in review the order history of all the transactions done on that account.

If you need to cancel your order while it’s ‘in progress’, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@woolingerie.com within 12 hours. We’ll refund canceled orders within five working days. We are unable to cancel your order if it is being packed within our warehouse. If you need to return an item, it’s really easy to do so. Click on Exchange Policy to find out more.

We offer you instant gratification with your every purchase! We hate to see you cancel your order but promise to lend you a hand, until the very end.

On return/cancellation of an order, the refund amount, including the GST collected would be refunded, in its entirety. In case of partial returns, the GST amount charged corresponding to that particular item(s) shall be refunded.

Whilst your order is ‘in progress’, you may still change the delivery address. To do so, please contact our customer service team within 4 hours. We are unable to change your delivery address for any item/s which are being packed within our warehouse (In preparation) or have already been shipped. Please note that amending your delivery address on your Woo account will not amend your address for any existing orders. Please contact us to change your delivery address for any existing orders.

We process refunds within 14 working days of receiving the order back at our warehouse, once the order is refunded it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your card issuer. If you haven’t received a refund after this time, please email us or give us a call and we can investigate this for you.

If you cannot see a refund in your account after we have issued it, please contact your bank and see if they can locate this refund for you.

We accept the following payment methods:

At the checkout, simply enter your credit/debit card details – including the security code. Please be aware that some providers may direct you to further security checks. Woo takes payments from you within four days of you placing an order.

Payments are accepted through certified third-party payment gateways. These gateways are certified for all security aspects.

Yes, one can pay through net banking. You need to select net banking as an option on the checkout page and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. You will need to select net banking and the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment.

Following rules will govern whether GST will be applicable or not on the products purchased by you:

  • GST Applicability: For a product, if the fulfillment is done on or after July 1st, 2017.
  • If Delivery is to a location within the same state (i.e, Tamil to Tamil) then GST shall be broken down to CGST & SGST, and if delivery to the location outside the state then IGST is applicable.
  • DMRP per product is less than or equal to Rs.1,050 then a 5% GST rate is applicable otherwise 12% is applicable (GST Rate shall be identified per product and then be multiplied by Quantity).

Just enter the code in the appropriate box when you check out.  Or tick the relevant box when it’s in your account.  You’ll then see the new, discounted total in your order.  We’re sorry, but we won’t be able to replace any out-of-date or unused codes.

It’s important to note that you can only use codes if the total value of your bag is equal to or higher than the value of the discount – before delivery costs.  Except where the discount specifies a minimum amount of purchase.

We guarantee that all of the discounted designer products we sell at Woo:

  • are completely new
  • are 100% genuine – manufactured by the named brands, in keeping with their high-quality standards.

The only thing that’s different is the discount.

We’re sorry, but because of the nature of our sales, we’re not in a position to gather different orders made at different times into one parcel and send you one package.  We have to treat all checked-out orders separately, even when you make different orders on the same day.

If our delivery partner deems the order is undeliverable they will send it back to us as a return to sender for the following reasons:

Incorrect Address

If the address is incorrect, has an incorrect postcode, or outdated address, the delivery partner will send this order back to us. Please make sure that your order has the correct address on your order before you place the order.

Failed delivery attempts

The delivery partner will attempt to deliver your order for you but if you are not in, they may leave it with a neighbor or they will take it back to your local depot, they will always leave you a card to say they have been and where your order is.

Sometimes orders are sent back to us as undeliverable, when we receive these orders back, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the order back and that we have issued a full refund for this order. We are unable to re-ship orders that have come back to us as undeliverable, if you would still like these items then you are more than welcome to place another order with us.

Please send us an image of the fault and your order number to the customer service team at support@woolingerie.com. Once we have investigated this more for you, we will contact you with a resolution for this order.

If you are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team via email or phone and they will be able to help you with this matter. Please make sure that you have your order number to hand when you send an email or phone us.

All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 72 hours and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.

We deliver across India to over 12000 Pin codes. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time. Serviceable pin code (area) can be checked on the checkout page while filling in your delivery information.

The general delivery timeline is 5 to 8 business days (metro cities) and 8 to 14 business days (non-metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code.

Deliveries are made through third-party courier companies. All deliverable pin codes are pre-populated in the backend. Serviceable pin code (area) can be checked on the checkout page while filling in your delivery information.

We charge ₹70 as shipping charges on orders below ₹990.

We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most Courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company and the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.
