No Exchange/Return on any product purchased at discount during the Sales period.
We can exchange goods if they are not of your size, defective, damaged, or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that any of these, you should promptly contact us on email@example.com within 5 days from the date of delivery of the product along with the details of the product.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product only of the same style as the exchange can only be made under the same style. There is no refund policy in any case.
At Woo, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a replacement based on the conditions listed below:
- Item received is physically damaged
- Item received has missing parts or accessories
- Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on www.woolingerie.com.
Cancellation before Shipment
Order once placed can only be canceled within 12 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request. Once the order is dispatched there will be no cancellation.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a replacement. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that we can’t accept returns on briefs, panties, bodysuit/babydoll, and swimwear.
